Results of January 26, 2011 Meeting Posted on Thursday January 27, 2011 - 10:26 pm CST Last edited on Thursday January 27, 2011 - 10:29 pm CST by Triple S Webmaster
The Club held a meeting on January 26, 2011 in Selkirk to discuss the operations and continuation of the Club. Thank you for those who attended.
Over the past several months activity in the club has stalled and progress to move the club forward seized. The main reasons for the halt of activity was lack of organization in the club along with several key members of the Executive team having other commitments arise.
It was determined that interest in the Club remains high and there remains a need for a Club in the area. Due to this it was determined that it would be best for this Club to once again become organized and continue with the objectives originally set forth. It was decided that the Club will hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM), Public Meeting, and Executive Elections "three-in-one meeting" on March 1, 2011 in Selkirk. Location and time are to be determined. Please watch this website, and Club members please watch your e-mail, for further notice.
As several members of the Executive team are no longer able to commit to the Club, there will be a number of vacant positions to fill. The goal of the March 1 meeting is to revive support for the Club, vote it if will continue to operate, allow for new members to join, and to elect new Executives.
The meeting was attended by representatives from the ATV Association of Manitoba (http://www.atvmb.ca) and we thank them for their participation and guidance.
Please e-mail questions and comments to president@trailridersatv.org.
Triple S Trail Riders Meeting - January 26th Posted on Tuesday January 11, 2011 - 8:01 pm CST Last edited on Tuesday January 11, 2011 - 8:07 pm CST by Triple S Webmaster
The Triple S Trail Riders will be holding a meeting:
Date: Wednesday, January 26th, 2011
Time: 7:00 pm
Location: Smitty's in Selkirk
All members or potential members are welcome to attend. At this meeting, our current President (Cory) will be formally submitting his resignation. The purpose of this meeting is to determine if another person is able and willing to step into the role, and if multiple persons step forward, to hold a vote. If this is not possible, the meeting will then turn towards discussing the future of the club (merge, disband, etc.)
We invite all members to attend, and ask that we respect our friends at Smitty's by at least purchasing a beverage and/or snacks or a meal as we are using their establishment for our meeting location.
We sincerely regret Cory leaving the role as president, and we thank him for his work to get the club up and running. We are sure he will remain part of our membership and look forward to having him with us.
We hope to see you all there. Thank you!

Richer ATV Club Officially Launched! Posted on Saturday June 12, 2010 - 6:31 pm CDT Last edited on Saturday June 12, 2010 - 6:31 pm CDT by Triple S Webmaster
The Triple S Trail Riders are pleased to announce the official launch of the Richer ATV Club! You can visit the official website at http://www.richeratv.com and also visit the discussion forum on Trackshare.com. A cap from the website "About Us" page:
Welcome to the Richer ATV Club, based out of the Richer Community Club. It was originally started by the Richer Community Club council for the purpose of falling under the insurance umbrella of the All-Terrain Vehicle Association of Manitoba (ATVMB) in order to provide insurance for the derby we have been hosting since 2008. It has to date been dormant. The three major representatives - Brent, Lyndon and Shawn - have decided to make it an active club.
Congratulations to the Richer ATV Club for moving forward as representatives for all ATV enthusiasts in their area and the province on Manitoba!
